VISA INFORMATION


Foreign Nationals who wish to visit India for the conference need to possess a valid passport (with at least 2 blank pages) of their country and a valid Indian Visa.

Type of Visa       : Conference Visa.
Period                  : For the duration of the conference or seminar.
Mode                   : eVisa (newly introduced), In Person or Post


Procedure for obtaining Conference Visa:
Conference Visa can be applied by three ways; • online (e-Visa https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html),
• In person or
• By Post (at the High Commission of India based in the country from where the candidate intends to depart for India.

Conference eVisa : - This service is recently launched by Bureau of Immigration, Govt. of India for the convenience of attendees of International conferences organised in India to get Indian Conference Visa faster.

Step 1 : Log in to https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Step 2 :
Fill in the details and select e-CONFERENCE Visa and sub-condition mentioned under e-Conference Visa
Step 3 :
Fill in Applicant, Passport, Family, Professional and other information to proceed.

Documentation for Visa:
Generally, the following documents are required for obtaining Indian Conference Visa. However, the requirement may vary from country to country.

1) Applicant's recent colored photograph (dimensions 2in X 2in) size less than 1MB
2) Copy of Passport page containing personal particulars
3) Invitation from organizer
4) Political clearance from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India

How to generate Letter of Invitation and download Ministry Permission Documents: The letter of invitation and documents can be generated after you complete your registration, you will see a tab of Generate Visa Letter at the end of the online registration and you can click and download the letter along with the Ministry Permission documents. In case you are already registered, you may login and access the same.

In case of any clarification or difficulties, please contact the Organizing Committee / Conference Managers.


Special Approval Required:
We need to obtain prior and specific approval for attendees who are from Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin and Stateless persons; Those who fall under in these categories, please register at least 90 days prior to the conference and required to send a copy of your passport and the details in the format mentioned below at E mail ID:- wspchs.pcsi2020@gmail.com
